Brand New Gwanghwamun Plaza located in front of the main gate of Gyeongbokgung (Gyeongbok Palace).

About the history of this Gwanghwamun Plaza, More than 600 years ago, Gwanghwamun square was considered the venue for government buildings, with the main six government buildings straddling the square. Officials from these buildings gathered at the royal palace to discuss national affairs with the king during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). Since then, this area was long considered the heart of Korean politics, and it has witnessed important turning points in Korean history.

As you can see the picture below, that is the overview of the Gwanghwamun Plaza!!

Well, actually I went to the launching ceremony of Gwanghwamun Plaza with my friends ( Thai, Loas, Malaysian, Korean)!! We all really amazed about this Ceremony!! We arrived there around 6pm and I took some Pictures around that area.

Later we saw some water spray around the statue of Admiral Yi Sun-shin!! So, we curious and run to the statue. Then we saw this. Amazing!! isn't it?

There were a lot of people from nationality and also Korean waiting for the launching ceremony. There were more people than I expected!! ; )

This is the Back view of the stage, and you can see the Haechi is a lion-like horned creature, also known as "Haetae," which was selected as Seoul's new symbol in 2008! Cute!

Very Lucky! we met the Korea famous English show artist when we walk around the plaza!! with no doubt we straight away take pictures with here!! hehe ; )

About the way to go there, it is easy. From Airport, either you come to Bus Express terminal or Seoul Station, just take subway line 5 and get off at Gwanghwamun station. Follow the underground path linking the station to the plaza. That's the way!! ^_^ Good Luck!!

Ceramic Village In Korea!!

Hi all of my friends there,
Ceramic Village is a place that you must visit if you come to Korea. A place that you shouldn't miss!!

The name of the place is Gyeryeongsan Ceramics Village
The village is located in a narrow valley between Yuseong in Daejeon and Gongju. The valley is heavy with trees and has a small creek that runs from the mountains to the highway. The mountain towers over the valley with craggy walls rising steeply toward the sky.

Turn left off provincial highway 32 at the set first set of traffic lights coming from Daejeon after the turn off to Donghaksa, about 1km. Look for a sign that points toward Sangsin-ri and head 3km into the valley. As you come to the end of the valley, keep to the right and follow the stream past Seong-bul Hermitage (성불암).
This is the way go to the Ceramic village.

In the ceramic village, there are a lot of flowers and trees make us feel so relax.
I like the country side environment.

We really in the country side.. really nice to look around..

All of the pictures that show above are the products that they have made.. all of it so beautiful and also artistic!!
